Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Personal preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item (wrong product, size, or design), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item received.

We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control

  • Refunds for delayed shipments are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or color selections.

If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
